The CLIENT, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” may exercise at any time, by written notification or email to the address info@espanavisaexperts.com, their right to withdraw from this contract and dispense with the services provided within a period of 14 calendar days, in accordance with the provisions of articles 68, 76, and 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, provided that Spain Visa Experts has not initiated the provision of the contracted services.

However, if the provision of the service has begun, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in accordance with the provisions of article 103.a) of the aforementioned regulations, and the Contractor must pay the fees corresponding to the tasks actually performed.

Therefore, by signing the service contract, the client gives their prior consent, committing to fully pay the fees accrued once the service execution has begun.
